Euan is currently undertaking his PhD, exploring how listeners of dance music interact with and use that music in a variety of settings. Findings from this work will be disseminated soon.

Work from one of Euan's research projects from 2021 is shown below, on the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic on dance music artists.

The primary method Euan used to disseminate this project was a video

of a performance of original material, with parts of the research on top

in text, produced August 2021.

Euan also presented this work as a

15 minute presentation at the Dancecult and Poplive conferences on

16th September 2021 and 5th November 2021, respectively. The
